Makini forever holds a special place in my heart. It is where I first learned to understand my passion and appreciation for education. Makini showed us the world and taught us at a very young age to learn through practical exposure to places and people near and far.

The Alumni Association embodies the ‘Ready for work’ value in our promise. It was founded in 2016 to celebrate the great alumni who experienced the best of Makini education and used that foundation to build the work habits that have led them to a successful and happy life.

In the events that double up as a mentorship programme for the current learners, the alumni have also shared their experiences of how they coped during difficult times, the Makini values that helped them get through and what it takes to be ready for work and life in the modern world.
