Makini 2020 KCSE Class Improvement from 2019: Congratulations!
On Monday, 10 May 2021 Education CS George Magoha released the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results at Mtihani House in Nairobi.
We are pleased with Makini High School's performance and very proud of our top performer, Isaack Ahmed ZamZam, scoring a clean A of 82.
We had 47 candidates sit the exam and achieved a mean score of 8.0425. This is an improvement of 0.5 from last year.
Our top performers include the following:
- Isaack Ahmed ZamZam: A, mean score of 82
- Kinyanjui Eugene Wainaina: A-, mean score of 78
- Abdullahi Ahmed Abukar Hassan: A-, mean score of 77
- Muiruri Jessica Wathira: A-, mean score of 77
- Mihraj Mohamed Adam: A-, mean score of 77
- Yusra Fouzi Ahmed: A-, mean score of 74
“It has been a tough year for all of us during this global pandemic, but our candidates have exuded tenacity and resilience. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of the Class of 2020. They are confident and committed and ready for work in a world with skewed resources and rapid technological advancement. We wish them all the best and look forward to our current candidates as we prepare for the next national examination.” said Immaculate Musambai, Principal at Makini High School.
