What Is the Makini School Aftercare Program? 

Makini School prioritizes the holistic development and well-being of your child during their formative years. Makini school has introduced the Aftercare and Holiday program, in all Makini Pre-schools; Ngong Road, Makini Statehouse Junior Academy, and Makini School Migosi at no additional cost.

The Aftercare Program runs on weekdays when the school is in session; Monday-Friday for 2 hours starting at 3:00 pm - 5:00pm providing flexible late pick-up option and the Holiday program will be offered during the school holidays 8:00am-4:00pm.



The program is an all-inclusive care that includes access to sports, play facilities and ancillary programs that gives learners another setting to learn and grow after school hours.Parents/ guardians with busy work schedules can work and run errands at ease knowing the learners of age 2-6 years are well-taken care of in a safe and secure environment.

Coding & Robotics

Coding helps learners develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, through hands-on activities, fun apps and computer software. Expand on their mathematical foundation while learning about patterns, sequencing and spatial awareness at their level.

SPORTS AND PLAY

The learner will do plenty of exercises and play under the supervision of trained teachers and caregivers. We have playgrounds with age-appropriate play facilities for kids to romp, climb, and swing on. Which helps in the development of psychomotor skills.

ANCILLARY PROGRAMS

Ancillary programs enhance a child's interest in something specific such as performing art, creative art, cooking and farm adventures.

BOARD, COMPUTER, AND VIDEO GAMES

Board games build on their communication skills, learning how to follow instructions and observe how their peers think and act.

During school holidays, we organize exciting Pre-schoolers Holiday Camps. These camps provide a stimulating and engaging environment for your child to explore, learn, and have fun during their time off from school. Our holiday camps are filled with enriching activities, supervised by qualified teachers and well-trained caregivers.
