Chess

Makini School is one of the leading schools in the game of chess over the years. The game has grown to become one of the popular sport in the school from preschool to high school, offered at no extra charges. The school has been participating in competitions local and international. In 2018 the school was able to represent the country in the Africa Youth Chess Championship where we were ranked 4th position.
